Lobito de Mar Ibiza is the new concept by chef Dani García, arriving on the island in June 2026 with its first beachfront restaurant in a beach club format.
The proposal brings the essence of southern Spain to Ibiza through a gastronomic experience focused on seafood, featuring shellfish, fish, fried dishes and rice dishes with an authentic taste of summer.
With elegant, precise cuisine, the project reinterprets Andalusian recipes with a contemporary approach, preserving their essence while adapting them to a modern, fresh format designed to be enjoyed in a relaxed, vibrant setting deeply connected to the Mediterranean.
